Spring is almost here, which also means it’s time for Girl Scout Cookies! And what better way to enjoy them than with some of your favorite craft beer? Craft beer can complement so many different types of food, cookies included. Sweet stouts, malty ales, and citrusy IPAs can really accentuate the Girl Scout cookie flavors you know and love.
We’re taking this one step further during Women’s History Month since Girl Scouts are about building girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place. Many of those woman role models are brewing your favorite beers, so all of our draft lines today will come from breweries that have woman brewers or are woman owned.
On Saturday, March 11th from 1 – 3 p.m. we’ll be working on four fantastic pairings out of this draft list, and will post what we chose as we get closer to the event. But mark your calendars to swing in for a flight of 5-oz pours of local beers with a cookie to go with each!
