We can’t believe it…five years of serving Downers Grove and the Western Suburbs! We blinked and got here, but we’re so thankful for all your support though so much since we opened our doors right before Christmas in 2018.
As a thank you to YOU, we’re working on a tap list befitting a celebration. That means some banger barrel-aged beer rarities, some small batch fun things, and of course some of Eric & Carrie’s favorites.
This list will keep evolving, but some of our favorite folks are providing us with some amazing beers…Art History, Dovetail, Maplewood, Phase Three, Pollyanna, Revolution, Triptych, Werk Force, and others!
We’ll give you a little sneak peak…barrel-aged Cuppa Cellar Select, 2018 VSOD, Dovetail Holiday Bock, and bottle pours of Eunoia Batch 9 and 14. Keep checking back to see what gets added. We’ll start tapping beers on Friday at Noon…if anything becomes timed taps, we’ll keep you posted here!
