Emancipation Tap Takeover!

From their beautiful brewery in Fairbury, IL, to our draft line…Lincoln and the Emancipation team are taking over the taps! Tap list will include:

A Rye Barrel Aged Imperial Rye Stout brewed with Rye grown in Fairbury by Lincoln’s family, who grew it as part of cover crop regenerative farming. It’s 17.5% ABV – aged in a Rye Barrel for 14 months. 

Taproom exclusive Brown’s Maple Ale. It’s an annual beer brewed with Zero water, only Maple Sap from Emancipation’s neighbor’s farm just a mile from the brewery. It’s a 7% ABV Brown Ale w/ local Maple Sap & their Syrup made from the same sap. 

Ground Clouds – NZ Hopped DDH DIPA
Plowhorse – Black IPA
Prickly – Prickly Pear Fruit Beer
Straw Hat – Jalapeno-Lime Kolsch
Snakeskin Boots – Heirloom Mexican Lager
