It’s Girl Scout Cookie time! And what better way to get into the spirit than with craft beer pairings!
For those looking for some fun ways to enjoy these cookies, we’re doing flights of four 5-oz beers along with four different cookies for $12. We’re tapping some really fun beers to match up:
Mikerphone ABC BBD IPA to pair with Lemon-Ups
Revolution Baphomet Bock to pair with Samoas
Riverlands Bearnana Down! to pair with Do-si-dos
18th Street Hunter to pair with Girl Scout S’mores
Local scouts will also be on hand selling full boxes of cookies to take home (or nosh at the shop) for anyone who needs their “fix”.
We will also be donating a portion of proceeds from the flights to Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago and Northwest Indiana.
