The awning went up today! Along with the new white painted brick, looks pretty solid. Also posting a few before/after shots. The “before” ones were taken a year ago yesterday, the first time we looked at the space. “After” shots were taken today. Moving along!
Framing continues at the shop today…visualize our bathrooms in this spot…or, well, don’t visualize bathrooms! And we also looked at floor tile for the retail area. Our shop mascot, Lexi, helped. Unfortunately for her, the one she’s picking in this photo was overruled.
It’s not super exciting, but for those tracking along with us on our progress, we finished filling in the floor concrete yesterday. This covers up all the piping we needed to install for two restrooms, the bar sinks, and other assorted drainage. Next steps are to begin framing and to […]
