From their beautiful brewery in Fairbury, IL, to our draft line…Lincoln and the Emancipation team are taking over the taps! More beer to come, but two of the unique beers they’re offering will be:
A Rye Barrel Aged Imperial Rye Stout brewed with Rye grown in Fairbury by Lincoln’s family, who grew it as part of cover crop regenerative farming. It’s 17.5% ABV – aged in a Rye Barrel for 14 months.
Taproom exclusive Brown’s Maple Ale. It’s an annual beer brewed with Zero water, only Maple Sap from Emancipation’s neighbor’s farm just a mile from the brewery. It’s a 7% ABV Brown Ale w/ local Maple Sap & their Syrup made from the same sap.
