One of the quirks of the space we’re leasing was the ceiling…kind of a dingy off-white popcorn look to it, and some color differences in it. While not originally in the budget to change, always seemed to be the first thing people noticed when walking in. We broke down and invested in changing that…did a blanket black paint over the ceiling and the new HVAC ventilation, which admittedly gives the ceiling a much cleaner look. This photo doesn’t do the space justice, nor does it really relay how close we’re getting. But things really are starting to move along now!
